Avariiautoremont is a BCA Autoekspert OÜ brand and a full-service body and paint shop in Telliskivi. Since 2002, we have handled the whole post-accident journey: towing, paperwork, insurance, parts, a courtesy car and repairs. We speak English, Estonian and Russian.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Can I choose where my car is repaired under an insurance claim?
Yes. Under the code of good practice of the Estonian Motor Insurance Bureau (LKF), the injured party has the right to choose a repair shop of their liking. The insurer may recommend its own partner, but the decision is yours. We prepare the estimate and get it approved by the insurer.
What should I bring to the workshop?
The car (if it can be driven), the vehicle registration certificate, your driving licence, the completed accident report form (teade liiklusõnnetusest), if you have one, and any other documents related to the incident. If anything is missing, we help you on site.
How does the claims process work?
We help you fill in the claim form, inspect your car, prepare an estimate in the CABAS system and send it to the insurance company. Once the repair authorization letter (garantiikiri) arrives, we order the parts and agree a repair date with you. We keep you informed at every stage.
Do I get a courtesy car during the repair?
A courtesy car (asendusauto) is provided by the insurance company under motor third-party liability insurance. To get one, the client submits an application to the insurer explaining why they need a replacement car.
Does insurance cover the towing?
For a motor liability claim, towing of the injured party’s car is reimbursed; comprehensive (kasko) policies usually include roadside assistance. We bring the car to our workshop and add the towing to the claim.
